Den einen, weil sie ein wenig Trost daraus schöpfen können, mit ihrem Entsetzen und ihrer Wut nicht allein zu sein, den anderen, weil ihnen der klare, fesselnde Stil, der Peymani als Autor auszeichnet, vielleicht doch einmal die Augen öffnet. Man kann nur hoffen, dass dieses Buch dazu beiträgt, den Untergang noch abzuwenden. Befürchten muss man jedoch, dass es künftigen Generationen eher dazu dienen wird zu verstehen, wie sich der Zerfall westlicher Gesellschaften in so atemberaubender Zeit vollziehen und ein neues faschistisches Regime entstehen konnte. …
